In order to maximize your quickness for high performances sport specific athleticism, the muscles of the legs (the toes, feet, ankles and calves muscles) must be developed. Our power toe raise block builds the fast twitch muscle fibers in the lower legs for explosive running, jumping and quickness.

Our Power Toe Raise Block and exercise program is designed to maximize muscle development for the toes, feet, ankles and calves. As much as 30% of the energy in running, jumping and quickness is generated in the lower leg.
